Pricing

All pricing is in NZ currency and includes GST. While every endeavour has been made to ensure the integrity of the pricing, changes can be made without notice.

Returns Policy

We will exchange a product or provide a credit if the item is not suitable, providing all goods returned are undamaged in their original packaging and with proof of purchase within 14 days. All freight is to be paid by the purchaser.

All consumers are protected by manufacturer’s warranties and consumer protection laws. If for any reason your product is faulty, please notify us immediately and we will provide a replacement or a refund. 

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. We will contact you if it looks like it will be longer.

Please note that we cannot deliver to a P O Box.

Overseas Orders

Please contact us for a price to send your item.  This will differ from Country to Country and the size and weight of your purchase.

Freight

The website has a standard courier fee.   If your item is small then we will refund you the extra charged freight or alternately you can contact us for an estimate on freight.

Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure that each and every product at time of publishing on our website is available, unfortunately due to high demand, not all products may be available at time of shipping. Similar products will be offered or a full refund of your purchase issued.
